Riding the Vacuum and Hunting.... All Boy!

When we got married, my step dad gave us a new vacuum (under the instruction of my mom.) My Grannie swears by canister vacs. She says they have better suction than uprights. She's pretty smart about things like that! Since I haven't ever had anything else, I can't testify to their superiority over uprights, but I will say that I'm pleased with my lil' Kenmore canister Vac.

Benson loves when I vacuum..
When I say, "Let's vacuum! He gets so excited and runs to the closet where we keep it."
As soon as I pull it out, he hops on top and "rides" the vacuum around the house. He is a never-ending source of delight and laughter for us...

Benjamin left us for a night this weekend and went hunting. He didn't shoot anything, but he had a good time. We missed him a bunch, though! Benson had fun dressing up like a hunter with daddy! The whole time he was gone, Benson inquisitively asked, "Dada? Dada? Dada?" He was kinda confused about the absence of his favorite guy! You should have seen the excitement on his face when Benjamin walked in the door! This boy LOVES his daddy!
