Daytona Beach Set One

On our way home from Bonita Springs, we made a pit stop by Daytona Beach.

I'm calling this post "Daytona Beach Set One" because, in about 30 minutes I took about 400 pictures.

You think I'm kidding.

Being Benson's mother, I'm admittedly biased toward his adorableness.

Considering how many emails, texts, phone calls etc. that I got from our loved ones, saying that they were "SO TIRED" of the "Darlington County Corn" post that was up for about sixteen weeks, I know there are a good number of people reading this who also think he's pretty cute. The rest of you will just have to bear with us in the next couple of blogs because it's pretty much all the same stuff, but I've found it impossible to narrow it down to a reasonable number of pictures, so I'm breaking it into categories.

Here we are embarking on the beach. In our cars. Driving.

Driving in our cars, on the beach. This blew my mind.

After being in the car for quite a few hours, Benson thought it was the COOLEST THING EVER to be able to get out of his carseat and RUN around the beach. Screaming. There was a lot of screaming.

The requirement to make this blog set was that the picture had to have Benson COMPLETELY airborne.

No part of his body actually touching the ground.

So here we go :)

Let this be a lesson that it is important to think about the fact that, when walking on the beach, you never know when you're going to end up in someone's summer-album-in-reverse that they put on their blog for the whole world to see. You might want to try to "suck in" a little.
